Schall Air Supported Tents

...are the ideal tents for high-mobile and rapid operations; The Air Supported Tents can be used, for example, as accommodation, first-aid and command tent.

  • Can be applied flexible due to the low weight and the short assembly time (with 1-2 persons)

For longer terms of use, an aluminium framework can be installed later to the tent, without interrupting the operation of the system.
Technical data:

The Schall-LGZ consists of an external cover with welded floor and an air-chamber system.

The outside tarpaulin is made of a one-side PVC coated polyester fabrics. Technical characteristics similar to the technical standard TL 8305-0148.

The floor is made of a both-side PVC coated polyester fabrics. Colour: dark grey, A5.

The tent is produced in a high-frequency welding procedure.

The tent has windows in the lateral walls, doors in the front (gable) walls and heating sleeves in the gable walls.

The tents can be connected in longitudinal direction by a sluice.

An entrance porch can be installed at each door and serves as protection against wind and dirt.

After tent-assembly, an aluminum framework can be installed to the tent. When the framework has been installed, the user can let escape the complete air out of the beads. Higher wind- and snow loads can be obtained by this framework also. The framework can also be installed without the tent (autonomously, e.g. as additional shadow place).

The sun awning/roof has to be drawn over the framework. It will be installed at a distance of approx. 70 mm to the external cover and offers therefore an excellent protection against solar radiation.

A second floor can be placed below or inside the tent. It is recommendable to place the second floor below the tent in case of stony ground (in view of protecting the tent floor). Case of installing the second floor inside the tent, it can be used as dirt collector (because it is easy to remove and to clean).

Lamps etc. can be attached at the connection ropes of the air-chamber system; these ropes can also be used for fixing the inner ceiling.
